Game feels slow despite having high FPS.
I have a 60 Hz monitor on my laptop , and get around 130 FPS in game. But the game feels as if I am playing at 30 fps (not screen tearing, just slow). When using Vsync this problem is solved but this causes input lag so it's usless. Any hel...
