Is this controversial? Why not push them to unranked instead? Why can chat banned players play rank? I need them to use comms, at least type to me..... how can I tell someone is chat banned before starting a match?

I think it would be kinda cool, if in agents screen, while we click on a ability of the agent, along with the description shown, a clip is played along side demonstrating it. What do you guys think :)???
