Im currently in the process of building my first pc and I need to choose a monitor.
What would you guys recommend, 1080p at 240hz or 1440p at 180hz (overclocking the monitor) for valo.
I know the main differences between both resolution, but coming from playing on a 60hz screen on a shitty dell gaming laptop I have no idea how big of a jump 180hz to 240hz is.
I do play other games, apex mainly and occasionally single player titles if they peak my interest.
I feel that spending the money and effort on building a pc at this moment, 1440p is just better, not just for the image quality by for future proofing too. But since first person shooters are my main games I dont know if the better image quality is worth the hit on lower refresh rates (again, mainly cause I havent experienced it before)
Sorry for the long post.

The Wholesome Valorant Experience... This is how I’m able to get teammates that always want to talk and cooperate and make the game a lot more enjoyable. I rarely have to deal with toxicity in Valorant and when I do, these methods help to turn their whole attitude around!
