Should there be an option to “unlock” an agent after already locking one?
I was thinking about this recently when people were complaining about insta locking and how it is very annoying. What are your thoughts?

Skin not showing up in refund tab
Please help. I purchased a knife skin yesterday and it has not been upgraded. When I try to refund it, it does not show up in the refund website.
