I'm not gonna be talking about the things that are already mentioned like mad, like crosshair placement. I'm just Gold3 almost plat, so take everything with a grain of salt. I'm just sharing this since this is what infuriates me the most.
- When flanking, you can run.
When you are trying to flank the attackers who just pushed and commited onto site, you can just hold out your gun/knife and just run. If they have a cypher, there is most likely a way to jump over the tripwire. I often see my teammates C long walking while holding their gun out when the enemy commited onto A. Since in low ranks, there isn't usually a lurker and if its your first time flanking them that game chances are theres nobody watching that flank. You can run and then start walking when your sound radius is near the enemies ppsition. I'm not saying to do this every time, but do it when you know they have commited.
- You can rotate!!
When I play with my bronze friends on my silver alt, people almost never rotate and just commit to pushing one site. If you aren't in site yet, you can just rotate!!! Don't tunnel vision and just push one site. I recommend rotating around 40secs as its enough time to nicely rotate and check angles. Obviously, if you have something like 20secs left just try to push site or save.
