TL;DR -

• Legion confirmed to be looking into activating their City of Flowers on Omega, which is described as a "multiverse nexus".
• It's not known exactly what will happen, but it's expected at least that the results would cause millions of lives to be lost on Alpha due to the Alpha Nexus being in ruins.
• A couple of hints point to the city being located in India, and hence reveal the location of our next map if our speculation about the Nexus being the next map is correct.
• In other news, Brimstone appears to have helped with getting the sentences of Breach's nephew reduced.

After last week's reveal about the "Nexus"/City of Flowers as a possible teaser for our next map, we've gotten more information about its possible location and the effects of "activating it". Omega's VALORANT Legion has been reported to be seen less in public right now, signs that they might be mobilizing to get to their nexus. On the Bulletin Board, a line has been added from Harbor's bracelet to a location in South Western India. Harbor himself revealed that he already found the Alpha nexus in ruins, so this might be its location, subsequently revealing the location of our next map, if our speculations over this lost city being the next map are correct.

5.09 Bulletin Board and Email

There are two voicemails this patch (you can listen to them here). The first one is from Harbor, continuing reports on the Nexus. After concluding with Astra in the previous update that they needed to work with Killjoy to understand what would happen if Legion activated their nexus, today we get an answer; without the city's Alpha counterpart to "absorb the shock" of activating the nexus, doing so could have catastrophic effects. The fact that he mentions lives in his home country specifically would be lost also gives us another hint that the city is located in India:

"Brimstone. Astra, Killjoy, and I finished our analysis. We looked at it a dozen different ways and it always comes back the same. The City of Flowers on Omega is a multiverse nexus. If Legion powers up that nexus with Alpha's version of the city ruined...there's nothing left to absorb the shock...the result...

The result would be catastrophic, millions of lives in my home country, lost, that's not a scenario I'm willing to entertain. No one else can stop Legion from pulling the trigger, this is on us. So get a team ready, and make sure I'm at the top of the list!"

The second voicemail is then a brief one from Breach. After reported tensions between the Swede and Brimstone, it appears the VALORANT commander has now had a hand in helping to reduce the sentence of Breach's nephew, which Breach is grateful for. Most of Breach's Torsten family remains imprisoned as a known criminal family, which Breach only escaped due to the convicting judge being lenient on him due to his disability:

Brimstone, I got the news that my nephew's sentence was reduced. He's getting out next month. I wonder how that could have happened...
