I'm hardstuck as hell, can anyone give tips?

I'd say I have 'decent' aim, I've been mainly using flashers like Skye and Kay/o to push onto sites with duelists. Lately I've been filling smokes though

How to stop tilting and be calm and collected

If i see a teammate doing braindead thing i tilt very easily. And then for the whole day i cant play calmly. Like i always panic and cant think straight. I am silver.
