In both the EU and NA versions of the First Strike finals players from both regions have been opting to use the Phantom over the Vandal, the matches are still on-going but from the first couple of games the Phantom is clearly the more preferred rifle.

Even the headshot Machine ScreaM who dropped a ridiclious 90 frags over 3 maps in his match vs Heretics opted with the Phantom every single time, despite it not being a 1 shot headshot kill (unless up close).

The Vandal despite being buffed a couple times now still falls short vs the Phantom when it comes to close engagements such as taking bombsites and retaking them, it simply isn't viable to use the slower shooting Vandal when the damage output is the exact same up close.

Does the Vandal need a final kick to make it on par with the Phantom? 30 bullets instead of 25 perhaps? Higher penetration damage?
