A 3D printed Champions Karambit that i made

There are many things to improve but i hope you guys like it! This was created by exporting the Karambit wiremesh from game files, converting that to a mesh format, editing said format and exporting the model as a 3D printable file.

Can anyone explain what happened to me here, i went to res chamber, spam clicked and nothing happened, then i pull out my gun to shoot, im holding down shoot and its not shooting, then it puts me on a loading screen for no reason.

Has there ever been a tournament where a (weaker) team won due to other team's poor performance?

Trying to compare to the other eSports I watch. Where there have been a view where the results turned out questionable.
