I just jumped into a custom game trying to practise flash throws and lineups.
Could we make it so that turning on Invulnerability in the Cheats menu makes you invulnerable to flashes? This way you can see exactly where they pop and could even follow it with Ghost mode. It just seems innecessary and troublesome because there's not a good way of knowing if it flashes properly besides having another person on the enemy team pretending to hold the angle and telling you if he got flashed.
