A cooldown on the second stimmy would have been enough

I agree with raising the price of stimmies, and that the fast rotates from double stims were too fast. But jeez, only giving us one is a classic overnerf and the problem of fast rotations / rushes could be solved by putting a cooldown on the second stimmy.

The cooldown should be longer than it was pre-act (It used to be 10 seconds), I think 20-30 seconds would suffice to prevent speed rotates and double-stim rushes but still let us have a second one.||

Limiting us to just one, especially without an increase in range or duration, is just too far.

Does anyone else agree?
