A friend and I found a weird Odin skin while messing around in a custom match

We were trying to learn some lineups on Split and got bored and murdered Kay/o with his ult, after reviving him the Odin appeared like this on his screen. We were able to replicate it with knife, but we don't know how to cause it.

Is it just me or is everyone having a crazy amount of icebox games, maybe it's just the Bahrain servers but in the last day or so I've gotten about 20 out of the 25ish games I've played. I don't hate the map or anything but it's starting to...

My friend started the game today and he was confused on who to pick, just wanted to know what is a good character that can show him the basics. I was thinking Sage or Phoenix but idk
