Why is the "Kill Banner" upgrade for Recon Skins a thing? and every other skin had it for free
The skin set is already lackluster in terms of no new audios, no VFX, no kill animation for being a bundle priced at 7100VP (1775VP each).
Kinda feels like they had to add the third upgrade for the sake of it to justify us spending more r...
