Recently as I’m playing Valorant more I see more people on the enemy team saying why are you buying shields on pistol round. Is it not normal for someone to buy light shields on pistol round when first beginning the game and swapping sides

Can this be an option? There's so much people who do this all game and no matter how much we tell him to shut up he doesnt.
