Im frequently in games with players having been immortal last act with a full triangle but their current ranks are usually high diamond or low ascendant. They all talk about insane loss streaks I'm genuinely curious if this act is somehow harder or more competitive in those ranks.

Should the Surrender (/ff) option have a cooldown for players that frequently use it wastefully?
