I've noticed that a lot of my friends and a lot of people are getting huge boost in this Act. People that was previously peaked at Silver 1 are now getting to Silver 3. Is this because of the new rank, "Ascendant?" If so, that means people who were previously silver/gold are now going to be placed in gold/platinum to avoid many people getting stuck in 1 rank?

Just as a premise, I am no immortal or proplayer. But I have played videogames for a while and I understand a lot about fps. OK to start this off, I think that Kay/o is good, it is just that two of his abilities require small buffs.
