For the love of God, make callouts in Team Chat.
One of the worst things to encounter as a solo queue player is a 4 stack who all have mics, say they are on discord or in a party, but they don't make ANY callouts ingame whatsoever.
Invite me to the party and kick me after if you want. If you're in discord just try to make callouts in game. When every person on the team has a mic and knows exactly where someone is and doesn't make callouts to you, which results in your death, or worse, makes a wrong callouts, it is more tilting and frustrating than being on the losing side of a game.
If you don't want to make callouts or don't care, play unrated. Just because you're in a 2, 3, or 4 stack doesn't mean the rest of your team doesn't exist.
It's okay to not have a mic. It's not ideal, however it is understandable that not everyone is in a good financial situation. It is okay to have a bad mic as well, your teammates will usually tell you if it's bad enough to where voice comms are doing more harm then good. It's also okay to simply be shy, or not want to talk for a variety of reasons. Text chat (is way harder to peek at in a clutch situation), and pings exist for this very reason.
What's not okay is to bring your team down because for some reason, you don't communicate, and when you do, you bait or give the wrong comms which results in a round or game loss in a competitive match.

There should be a agent voiceover option that lets agents speak in their native language.
