So I finally got the skin in the daily rotation shop that I've wanted for a long time now.
Unfortunately I am at 2173 VP and need 2 more to buy it.. Sadly I have literally no money left to spend so I cannot buy the cheapest VP option either.
I submitted an artwork for the support team in hopes of receiving the VP I need.
However, as I already mentioned, this skin is in the daily rotation and the support usually responds the next day, which would be too late.
The question is, has anyone else encountered this unlucky scenario? Is there any chance that the support would just deduct the VP cost of the skin and give me the skin, since I sent my request the day I got the skin in the rotation?
UPDATE: The support got back to me in time, so I got my skin. I followed up on the message with this question, will let y'all know once I get an answer.
