His Cove should act like a normal smoke after the shield gets broken rather than fade away. I feel currently his cove gets spammed if there are more than 1 enemy remaining and then you're just out in the open, providing that extra vulnerable but helpful cover will add a lot to his kit.

High ping on close server, low ping on far server
Hey guys.
I live in Western Canada and so my closest server is supposed to be Oregon. But a couple weeks ago my closest server became Illinois/Texas even though I have not moved.
I used to get 50ms ping on Oregon before but now I get 100...
