Is there a way make the game choose between variations of the same skin? I only have a skin per weapon and I'd really like to find a different variation every match

I keep dying even when I strafe
I keep losing gun fights even when I try to move after missing my shot. I strafe left and right but most of the time I lose and get headshot so quick.
I might record myself play so you guys can see what I'm talking about.
