A couple of players in my last game were chat banned and everytime I died or made any mistake they would spam chat invites. I muted chat, mics, and pings and would still get the notification. How does this make any sense?

I have noticed that bind was changed up a bit so maybe we might get a bind update. other than that i didnt notice anything else. Did you guys notice something?
