what do you do round 3 if you lose after buying round 2?

situation: you win pistols; force up spectres/marshals. enemy team somehow kills you guys and none of them die so they all have your guns for round 3; do you force up to get equal weapons or save on round 3 to full buy round 4?

The max RR you can gain from a win is 50, but has anyone actually gotten that?

If anyone actually has gotten 50RR and not skipped a rank before thats gotta be super unlucky... So has anyone actually got a plus 50RR before?
