Adding "only pistol" options in deathmatch lobbies

pretty much what the title says,whenever i wanna practice my pistols,kids with odins,judges and what not just take the fun away and it doesnt seem too ehm,'practice-able'

The (hard) bots in the training range save their guns if they can't defuse the bomb, pretty sick feature if I do say.
