I always encounter smurfs 4/10 in my competitive matches, and the common answers of the smurfs for why they "smurf" is because they help their friends rank up. Another reason why Solo queue is beneficial is it also reduces Troll encounters, since also the majority of Trolls are party groups.

So adding a Solo Queue option will gradually reduce the two most complained problem in the game. Hopefully Riot could easily add it.
