Admit when you make a mistake if you expect your teammates to listen to you when they make a mistake

Are you team leader? Is it your job to yell at and belittle your team mates when you I mean *they fuck up? Well, regardless of what type of Raze player you are, here’s some tips:

  1. Probably don’t yell or belittle if you want results. It’s human nature to listen to someone who is giving constructive criticism over someone who is berating. If you give kind suggestions after watching your team mates and they react harshly, that’s their problem.

  2. Show your team that you can analyze your own mistakes the same as you do to theirs. What’s that? You don’t make any mistakes? Then pretend you do anyways. This is particularly useful if you can expose a mistake you made in a certain situation first then give them feedback about what they did next.

  3. Communicate with your team other than feedback. If you stay silent as no one buys you, as someone can start defuse on the tail end of a molly, or as you swing for the 10th time to take a 1v1 expecting your team to read your mind and swing with you, then you should also stay silent afterwards.
