Advise from Viper mains?

I (S3) strongly consider to main viper. What piece of advise would you give to me? So far, I mained jett but also often played brim and sage.

Also, do I need to learn lineups to become a good Viper main?

What makes Chronicle so special?

He's one of the best players in the world currently, but what does he do differently than others? nAts is the rat king, but what about Chronicle? Is he lucky? Is his aim good or somethin'?
