I just switched 75Hz monitor to 144Hz. Jesus guys, you don't know how MUCH it improves your aim/reaction and etc. Previously, in shooting range, I was training my aim with vandal at hard mode, I was able to kill all bots in 84 seconds, that was my limit, now its 72 seconds.

I work at oil and gas plant so I work shifts. 14 days without touching keyboard/mouse before I go home to play Valorant. Usually it took me 3-4 days to adapt to gold elo tempo and be good. This time I just came home, bought 144Hz monitor and managed to get 4 aces in first 2 days. Honestly, if someone has opportunity to buy 144hz monitor but was like "naah, I dont need it just for fps games, I better spent money on something else" - just buy it. Its so much better.

Also, I was checking on Sova. He is well powerful on lot of maps atm. I realised that in our elo we do lack game sense, so giving recon dart and info about enemies can improve our teamplay much better than me taking any dualist.
