The tides are clear. Ever moving, revealing hidden treasures, yet hiding so much more. Oceanographer and radiant Chloe Sambo combines her aquatic gift and Kingdom's technology to reveal all there is to know about the oceans. Her skills have proven needed by the VALORANT PROTOCOL, and with the promise of their assistance in her future ventures she's happy to assist the Agents wherever neccesary.
C: Tide Pellet (2 charges, cost: 150)
PRESS: Equip a Tide Pellet.
FIRE: Launches a Tide Pellet that bounces off of surfaces. As it travels, it grows in size, up to a cap. When in proximity of an enemy, the Pellet detonates, dazing nearby enemies for 1-3 seconds. The Pellet can bounce up to 4 times, and loses very little velocity on bounces.
Q: Clear Waters (1 charge, cost: 300)
PRESS: Equip a Bubble.
FIRE: Launches a Bubble that pops on contact with the ground. On pop, the surrounding area becomes affected by Clear Waters. Terrain affected by Clear Waters becomes transluscent. Stream and her allies can see watery wraiths through these pieces of terrain, revealing the positions of enemies yet hiding their full identity. Enemies of Stream see this affected terrain as opaque blue surfaces. This effect lasts for 4 seconds.
Tide Pellets can travel through walls affected by Clear Waters freely.
E: Ocean Pearl (1 charge, cost: 45 sec cd)
PRESS: Equip a Pearl.
FIRE: Places an Ocean Pearl at the target location after 2 seconds. This Pearl is fully transparent, about the size of a smoke, and blocks all bullets travelling outwards from it. The Pearl has 700HP. After 30 seconds, it starts deteriorating at a rate of 150HP/sec. The Pearl does not obstruct movement in any way.
X: Saviour of the Seas (7 points)
Stream imbues herself with the power of the oceans, becoming swift and clearminded. Stream gains a 20% movespeed bonus. Additionally, her vision alters in the following ways:
- The sky becomes blue and deep, like an ocean.
- Map geometry colors blue, with oceanic details (think Astra's Astral Form vision).
- When Stream shoots a wall, that part of the wall gets temporarily affected by Clear Waters only to her.
This effect lasts 15 seconds, and is extended by 5 seconds for every takedown gotten while under its effect.

Stream's role would be that of an initiator with a smidge of sentinel mixed in. Q is a very strong information gathering tool that can be used in many ways. You only get one though, so use it sparingly. Her C is a great tool for clearing corners or initiating a fight. The fact it can go through walls affected by Q makes it all the better as an engage. E is her defensive tool. It's great for blocking off pesky angles and forces enemies through a very risky obstacle. After all, while passing through it there's a moment where enemies outside the pearl can't shoot you, but you can't shoot them from inside the pearl. Finally, her ultimate allows for great corner clearing, but you will have to reveal your own position in the process. Still, spraying to make a wall almost fully transparent for a second gives a huge advantage in a push.
Let me know what you think :)
