Agent idea - Quill

So, before everyone got their powers, Quill was a writer, a quite successful one in fact. When he heard about the light and people getting powers he went to investigate to get inspiration for his next book. Upon coming back, he saw that everything he wrote would become a reality, not quite on the "Reality can be whatever the hell I want" level, but instead he could transfer people and items from his work into the real world, along with abilities he uses. And by the style of his writing that turned out to be quite useful since he would essentially end up writing something like the Harry Potter of the valorant universe along with many sci-fi/steampunk novels.

His abilities would work similar to Astra's, five charges and you can choose which one you wish to use when fired.

Ability 1: Teleportation spell - you can send out a ball of energy (like Yoru's teleport) in ANY spot in a 60-80 meter proximity on the map but it takes a while to execute, similar to Omen

Ability 2: Block spell - this spell would would act as a shield or an Astra wall, the only difference being it's small size and the ability to move it in front of you, works kind of like a riot shield, it blocks any incoming damage for five seconds. You cannot shoot while using this spell and you can only cover yourself from one side, so using this will require some thinking. The shield can also be broken through, I don't know about how much health I'd give it yet..

Ability 3: Blind spell - sends out a disk of blue fire that can be set to bounce off a wall once or twice, like Sova's arrows. The disk breaks into two smaller ones after first contact, one flashing for a short duration and the other one continuing it's path and flashing after hitting a wall (no breaking this time). Quill would also notify his teammates if an enemy was caught by the flash, like Skye does.

Ultimate - The avenger - Now for the most interesting ability of my character, his ultimate. Quill would pull out a silver steampunk revolver with red lightning coming out of it, the reason being special bullets that it fires, the bullets phase through walls and travel slowly, but their damage ramps up the farther they go, so let's say you're standing right next to Quill, the bullet will do less damage (I'm thinking about doing 50 for base damage [hit anywhere]), however, if you're hiding let's say on the other side of C long, the bullet will have increased damage the farther it travels, furthermore, one shotting if it connects. But, since the bullet travels slowly, you'll have to fire ahead of the opponent, in other words, you'll want to hit them while they're on the run.

LORE - Quill is a successful writer from Croatia. Croatia is a part of the Balkans.

So...The Balkans being the Balkans, they can't accept anything new, so the political tensions between humans and radiants were intense in that area, not on full out warfare level, but it was heading that way, that meant he had to hide his powers for a good while. His son went to pursue his dreams of science and advancing humanity while him and his wife stayed in Croatia. After a while, it was discovered he was a radiant and people weren't pleased to say the least. His house was broken into and his wife was murdered, he wasn't fast, or experienced enough with his spells to save her, resulting in her death and him leaving the country to live in exile, only being able to take his books and pen with him since they were the source of his powers. He later found out his son went missing after the fracture incident and that was the reason he joined valorant. He knew kingdom had something to do with it. Like everyone in the valorant protocol, he doesn't know chamber is the one that caused the accident. If you remember the fade cinematic about Chamber, you'd know his biggest fear is the others finding out about what he's done. This would further elaborate on that fear, since him and chamber see each other as friends. Chamber feels uneasy about it because he knows he would be killed immediately if Quill found out that he's the one behind the disappearance and potential death of his son (still undetermined, can go either way as the lore unfolds). He is determined to save his son and destroy the mirror agents.
