Info:This character is to represent the little amount of mongolian players in hong kong servers

Lore:After high amounts of inflation Warrior decided to work at Kingdom. But due to disasters at Kingdom constantly happening he decided to work for the VP

Abilities:

(E)-Sparking Arrow This is like a sova shock dart but lasts long and has 1 bounce. This may stick to ceiling's wall's and floor's but the sparks will always fall on the ground and set it on fire for 6 seconds (charges:1 recharges after 25 seconds)

(Q)-Curved Blade Warrior pulls out a blade that has 2 charges/slashes that deal 75 damage. He will dash forward after attacking and is unable to move for 0.5 seconds

(C)-Glowing Arrow As you all might know by now this agent is HEAVILY inspired by sova. This is Warriors homemade arrow that has flickering light for its tail and will blind someone for 1 second and then nearsight them for 4 seconds (charges-1)

(X)-Rain of sparking arrows Warrior is able to place an indicator in a place and can activate it afterwards. After activating it the indicator will fly into the air like a flair afterwards a rain of arrows will fall upon a radius like brims ult for 3 seconds and leave a gaint area of fire for 4 seconds

Question:Any thoughts too op too weak too weird or too unbalanced? Any way to make him more fun and balanced let me know
