I think there should be a tutorial about agent roles, because there are so many misconceptions.
Especially all the duelists that don't push site, never give info to their smokers and then proceed to tell you "I have more kills, you are trash" is too high for a tactical shooter.
My suggestion? The game should explain to the people what the roles in the game do (very generally). Although it might be necessary to implement bots into the game for this.

If you instalock an agent, you don’t get to tell me what to play
I don’t even care if it’s competitive, if you instalock your agent because you can’t be flexible, you can’t expect other people to be. I keep ending up the only person not instalocking a duelist and getting told I have to play Sage.
