So Ive already used my first unlock to get viper because Ive seen how good she is in the game and I'm loving it but I know nothing about the other agents and every tier list is different so I wanna get some recommendations for my second agent unlock and some reasons why if possible

Why are there silvers on the enemy team on my rankup game?
This keeps happening, call me "skill issue" "just bad" no shit, I'm bronze II, i play every day trying to get better trying to rank up but as soon as I get near bronze III, I get put into a game with all bronze's on my team and 2-5 silvers...
