Story:

Tom was a regular astrologer studying the most on the books of the ancient runes used as language by the guardians, if they really exist(ed), at least that was before the year of 2039 when Tom got his powers thanks to the inspectation of a falling meteorite that night, the one of the first light. Now he doesnt study anymore but saves people all around the world, with or without the protocol.

E - Aspectum caligo - 2 charges - 25 second cooldown - 150 credits each

Press E to EQUIP when doing so Stellar draws an ancient rune in front of him, symbolizing the words “Blurred vision”. This will put him in the position to go to the upper ground just like Astra. When pressing LMB she’ll be able to put down an instant smoke same size as astra’s, this will last for 13 seconds.

Q - Magicae praesidium - 1 charge - 250 credits

Press Q to EQUIP when doing so Stellar will draw an ancient rune in front of him, symbolizing the words “Magical protection”. This will put down a see-through dome on the ground when you press LMB, exactly where he’s standing. This dome will let bullets through but not any form of utility, no mollies, walls and no flashes however when a flash pops outside of the dome the people inside looking at it will still get flashes. This will last for 6 seconds.

C - Videor - 2 charges - 200 credits each

Press C to EQUIP when doing so Stellar will draw an ancient rune in front of him, symbolizing the words “Myself but echoed”. When he presses LMB he will send out a decoy straight forward which can’t be destroyed but also does nothing except for walking forward, however when he presses the ability again he will fade away himself and teleport to the location of the decoy, the decoy will stay out there for 9 seconds.

X - Calig manus - 6 ult points

Press X to EQUIP when doing so Stellar will draw an ancient rune in front of him, symbolizing the words “Misty hands”. When he presses LMB he will make a circle of smoke all around him, similar to a viper ult however, this has the size of a brim smoke/ult and will nearsight and slow. This will last for 20 seconds however when Stellar gets a kill while in it the duration gets extended by 7.5 seconds. When holding the x button while the ult is activated it will slowly disappear, from the outsides to the center.
