Basically the title. The voice lines are delayed af , once the enemy team had a breach and he used his ult after 5 sec he yells LETSSS GOOO like wtf , even the sound of dying and getting hit , like the "ugh" that omen makes when he gets hit is delayed? Solutions?

Not sure if people knew about this and it can be pretty useful. Works with all high-penetration weapons and with Guardian too. Also, I'm not sure if this is a bug or not, if it is, I do not intend people to use it as an exploit.
