anyone have a nice aim training playlist to use? im not new to fps games or anything im just taking a break from cs (3k elo faceit) and this game's version of aimbotz is lackluster so aimlab looks better to use

I literaly have no idea how to record a match. Which application is the best?
I dont have a high end pc so... I need something optimized
