They disappeared last year, I waited a long time in case the issue got fixed. Still all of it is gone. I had well over $100 in skins.

I opened a support ticket but they are just ignoring me. Over a week and still no response. I put an entire page of info that they asked someone else for in a different ticket.

Trying to figure out what to do about this, anyone else solve it?
