Currently if custom match has already started, I can join party and be there in observer slot but cannot actually view game.
I think allowing observer to join game at later point is useful, I tend to waste lot of time in lobby when my friends are already in custom game.

Why do people care so much about headshot percentage?
People that have those in game tracker extensions always get mad at me when I pick a dualist as I have a headshot percentage of 10%. However I do have a win percentage of 62% and a kd of 1.09. Is that not more important?

RR deduction when someone leaves/AFKs the game.
I have lost multiple games when a player leaves the game. Why do I have to suffer if someone is leaving or going AFK in a game?
