Allow viper to pick up her smoke, or give her two.

Seriously with the release of astra who is able to pick up 5 stars and recycle them, it seems absurd that viper can’t even pick up her smoke which is infinitely harder to place and requires line ups to even use properly.

Viper is so far behind every agent and it’s just frustrating as a viper main to be on the bottom of the teir list for so long.
