I am a iron 3 neon, i always top frag but always loose. My teammates don’t communicate or do anything ever and im stuck basically playing a 1v5. I constantly encourage my teammates when they do good or even if they mess up. I try to get them to give comms and communicate what they are doing. Am i a bad player or is it my team’s fault?
