I've been playing Valorant for about 2 or 3 weeks.

I just played a game as Sova (bronze ranked) on Ascent. One round it comes down to me in a 1v1. Spikes planted on B site and Jett is in the little cubby area (sorry I don't know all the terms yet) in back of site. I know right where she is cause we exchanged a little gun fire.

I'm behind a wall and my team starts yelling to use my dart. I don't. I know where she is. I get the kill and win the round.

After the round I said that yelling at me to use my dart while I'm trying to focus was dumb because it was distracting and I knew exactly where she was. They said I was dumb for not using my dart.

Am I the asshole for telling them not to give advice when it's a 1v1? I think the advice was dumb. Was it?
