Am I hardstuck Diamond?

As the title say am I hardstuck in diamond elo? So I went from plat 1 to dia 2 I am not sure if because I am just lucky with good teammates or I’m actually improving in this game. This is my tracker.gg

I have approx 22 hours of play time so far, Should I play more games to climb up? I really want to reach Immortal any tips?
