Five games in a row no one on my team communicated at all. I’m shit and silver but even silvers communicate in counter strike. Also they all want to forfeit by round 6 when down 5 rounds. Unrated has a better comm and non forfeit rate. What’s the deal?

How do I keep a positive mindset while hardstuck despite grinding everyday?
Today I was 1 game away from my promotion to Platinum, then it all goes down hill with a 5 loss streak and even a game were we had 3 AFKs and lost 2-13 with a surrender.
This is pretty average for me, and despite trying to convince myself...
