First they overbuffed it and obviously had to correct that. But instead of reverting the changes they made it worse than it ever was before? The gun is virtually unusable now because the upspin is so insanely bad. I'm just so confused why they would buff it beyond belief then nerf it even more dramatically, it doesn't make any sense.
