Riot has mentioned that cypher buffs are incoming which I think are actually long due. The problem why Riot is taking so long is that they probably don't know exactly how to buff him, which is why I am here to offer my suggestions.

The idea is to buff his (arguably) weakest skill, his ultimate. We want to buff it in a way that makes him unique as a sentinel and as an agent, and fits with his theme, which is that he is an intel-gathering spy. So my suggestion would be that when he uses his ult, aside from revealing the enemy locations, he would also reveal their IP address, and maybe even the names of their immediate family. Now, how cypher players use this information is up to them; you can DDOS your opponents, blackmail them, threathen their loved ones, you can even try to use their mother's maiden name to try and change their credit card info so you can buy yourself that new skin set you've always wanted. You can get so creative with it which is why I think this buff is so beautiful. Now I know what you might be thinking: "Won't this be too OP?" I think this a totally valid concern, which is why I think it should also cost 2 more ult orbs at the least (it's at least as powerful as chamber ult, right?).
