It says i've claimed it - it has been an hour and the buddy hasn't unlocked even though i watched the arcane stream. Anyone else have this issue?

Just finished a game with a Jett throwing our game. Didn't buy, grabbed spike and went afk nearly every round. Like why, what's the point? I keep getting these kinds of players or smurfs. Kinda frustrating.
