Just lost a game cause one of my teammates "needed iron" and threw the game. wasn't even the only match I played today with someone that throws. Any way to combat this?

Turns out there’s a buy menu, I’ve picked up the game 5 days ago and I’ve been struggling with the classic the whole time , I’m so stupid haha! Edit: clarification, I was buying guns in actual games just not in the training ground
