This probably has been mentioned so many times, and I don't see why this can't be applied to the game. It probably would improve the gameplay of Phoenix as well. Or maybe some adjustments to his ult so he's not so vulnerable when using it....

Why is it such a hard concept for people to understand? When you AFK for "just one round", you are giving the enemy team free momentum and econ that carries into future rounds, which snowball on top of each other to create even more moment...
