I'm really weak at this one, I barely could know where enemies go or aiming somewhere. And I would just instantly die. I really need to improve this, so does anyone have an idea?

Morning ranked matches in NA are always vs 150 ping eu smurfs and it's unfun
I am diamond/ascendant , and when I queue in the morning it's always a 3 stack EU players smurfing on 150 ping against me. They have insane peekers advantage, they do strats together , or I just die around the corner. They clearly don't be...
