I had an enemy player admit to smurfing and being diamond in a bronze lobby. My team got destroyed with them having double to kills as second place. Are there any repercussions for this? Any way to get RR back because it was a completely unfair game?

The smurfing problem is insane, at least 10% of games I'm in. I had a smurf drop 53 kills in my bronze lobby yesterday saying they were immortal messing around on a friend's account.
