Any tips on how to improve as a team

So me and some friends started to play some tornuments for a month from now and personally I don't feel we're evolving as a team , we aren't low ranked ( 2 imortals and 3 diamonds ) but we keep losing matches and looks like we're stucked.

Any tips or opinions about it would be appreciated.
